“All books published by Spinetinglers are automatically sold in the Spiney Bookshop. However all of us at Spineys know how difficult it can be for fledgling authors to get bookshops to agree to sell your book. Spinetinglers would like to offer you the chance to sell your book online in the Spiney Bookshop.”

Your listing will have a picture, product details and full synopsis. When your book initially goes on sale in the Spiney Bookshop we will announce this in one of our regular e-zines which will feature you and your book. The e-zine will be complete with an author interview and synopsis or review along with live links to facilitate buyers purchases. We will also feature the details in the news sections of our websites and announce them in our social networking sites and tweets.

If your book receives any reviews or citations that you would like us to include all you need to do is email us the details and we will ensure that your listing is updated. Spinetinglers will handle the orders and take payment for your book on our secure server. We will then forward the payment and shipping allowance* to you along with the order details and you ship the book to your customer. Payments to you will be made on either a quarterly or monthly basis depending on sales volume.

If we agree to sell your book in the Spineys Bookshop, there is a one-off set up fee of £10.00 and a charge of £0.70 per each book sold. The £10.00 set up fee is to cover the administration costs involved in making your book available in our store and setting up the payment facility for you. This one time fee allows you to send us updates for your listing at any time without incurring any further charge. The additional £0.70 charge per book is to cover the banking charges incurred by us in taking payment from your customer as well as the fees associated with sending you payment and admin charges. We would advise that when you are determining the price to sell your book – you remember to take into consideration this charge.
